Choose from a range of courses designed to suit all levels of ability and interest.
Two day weekend creative activity break
A typical course begins on Friday evening
with a home cooked farmhouse supper where you have an opportunity to relax and meet the rest of the
group. (We don’t have a license so you can bring along your favourite tipple!).
The course begins after a choice of breakfast on Saturday. Many aspects are
covered throughout the day so by the end, your knowledge of this fascinating
subject will have grown considerably. There will be plenty of opportunity for questions
about equipment, techniques, problems you may have experienced and simple ways of
setting up your
own production.
Saturday evening you are free to make your own arrangements.
We can recommend numerous local pubs and restaurants.
The course continues after breakfast on Sunday followed by Sunday lunch to set you up for your journey home.
One day basic introduction to making dairy products.
Learn to make soft cheese, yogurt, and cream products . A practical course using small-scale and kitchen equipment to make delicious dairy products at home for you and your family to enjoy.
